Well guys, here is the long awaited Lugia!
I thought I lost it actually, but it turns out I didn't. I drew the sketch first and then scanned it into Photoshop where I did the lineart with the pen tool. Then I coloured it, shaded and did the highlights before moving onto the water background which I made following  water tutorial. [link]The bubbles were also done using  tutorial.
